About Employee Benefits Program

Employee Benefits Program is a division of MEMBER Benefits Pty Ltd ABN 19 090 691 080.

Our Australian operations commenced in early 2000. Our New Zealand Operations commenced in 2003.

Today, we are widely recognised for our unique value adding services on both sides of the Tasman.

Our primary shareholders are the principals within the business:

  • David, our Managing Director (Australia and New Zealand), has an extensive marketing, retail sales and business to business sales background. David, has a Masters Degree in Business Management from Macquarie University.
  • Irena, our Head of Operations, has an extensive business background gained in both small and large businesses in a diverse range of industries including hospitality, recruitment and construction.
  • Tony, has an extensive background in retail and commercial banking and corporate governance. Tony is a past CEO of a leading professional association and a director of a major publicly listed company. Tony is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program of the Harvard Business School.
  • Mark, who is based in New Zealand, has an extensive background in retail management and distribution.
